NCAA & NMCC 2014 Prize Giving Ceremony
January 18, 2014 @ Taylor's University - Lakeside Campus

This is the Nestle Culinary Arts Awards & Nescafe Milano Coffee Challenge Prize Giving Ceremony after 3 long and grueling days of battle. The College would like to congratulate all LICHT participants who give all their best.

Special congratulatory to DCA student Tamil Maaran for making it into TOP 8 for NCAA competition. You have to prove to yourself that you can do it and you have done the college proud.

Battle of the Chefs, Penang Chapter (Highlights)
June 12, 2013 @ Straits Quay, Penang

2 of Legend's finest culinary student, Catherine Christopher and Ashikin Johari (both DCA48) battled it out in the 5 course Asian Cuisine Competition (Senior Category). Some of the highlights on the recent Nescafe Milano Coffee Challenge competition held at Taylors University, Lakeside Campus, Sunway. Baristas Vimal Raj and Shaun Mikase are up, with guidance from their F&B lecturer, Ms Shariza ( Shariza).
