GG Presents

Hello folks. This page is meant as a platform for me to share images, media, moments and events related to physique & bodybuilding.

Established on 22 May, 2015 for Facebook; and 13 July, 2015 for Instagram.

𝘾𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙄𝘾𝙄𝙎𝙈 𝘾𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙎 𝙇𝙄𝙏𝙏𝙇𝙀.

𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙍𝙄𝘽𝙐𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘾𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙎 𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂.

This physique is a contribution.

The distinction matters.

Because it is always easier to comment on what someone else has built than to build something yourself.

🔹 MUSCLEMEN IN BLUE 🔹

— BUILT THROUGH CONTRIBUTION, NOT CRITICISM.

TRAIN HAPPY. STAY HUNGRY.

Enjoying the work makes every step worthwhile.

Training. Learning. Growing.

Pushing beyond yesterday.

Titles matter; yet passion makes the pursuit worth chasing.

🔷 MUSCLEMEN IN BLUE 🔷

— ENJOY THE JOURNEY. EVERYTHING ELSE WILL FOLLOW.

𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗡, 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧 𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗

Belated, but never too late to congratulate Termizi on his Mr Kuching and Mr Sarawak 2026 double-win.

Two titles secured in June — now take a well-deserved breather.

Then, the journey continues: Mr Malaysia 2026 awaits in October.

Been learning various AI tools & we just got carried away, folks! Hahahaha...

Hope you like our presentation here, which is purely a work of fiction - just a work using what we have learnt in AI.

𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗬𝗘. 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗜𝗧.

The most impressive physique is empty without a peaceful mind to carry it.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗜𝗦𝗡'𝗧 𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗗 — 𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦

Impressive physiques are built through consistency, resilience, and the courage to keep showing up.

Every challenge becomes another opportunity to grow stronger.

🔷 MUSCLEMEN IN BLUE 🔷 celebrates those who embrace the journey with discipline, humility, and an unwavering commitment to becoming the best version of themselves.

My years in photographing and knowing bodybuilders: the one who who lasts isn’t always the most decorated, the most visible, or the most popular.

It’s the one who knows why he’s still training when no one is watching; why he keeps going when the returns do not repay the sacrifices; and why he remembers the reason he began when others no longer understand.

For him, neither praise nor criticism, neither victory nor defeat, nor even rewards nor losses, is important enough to explain why he stays – only purpose can.

Fuelled by passion.

Driven by determination.

Built by consistency.

These are the ingredients that turn every beginning into an achievement.

DISCIPLINE TODAY, STRENGTH TOMORROW!

MUSCLEMEN IN BLUE 🔹💪🔹

A signature isn't created in a single frame.

It is built through consistency.

Athlete by athlete, Musclemen in Blue celebrates the artistry of the physique — where discipline, symmetry and confidence come together under a distinctive shade of blue.

The blue lives on. 💙💪💙

𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍 𝐈𝐍 𝐁𝐋𝐔𝐄 — 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐧𝐞

It all began with the Musclemen in Red concept in 2016, meant for our Calendar 2017.

A decade later, we believe that it’s time for a new chapter.

Introducing 𝙈𝙐𝙎𝘾𝙇𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉 𝙄𝙉 𝘽𝙇𝙐𝙀.

A fresh visual series by GG Presents, celebrating the artistry of bodybuilding through strength, discipline and timeless physique photography — this time with a bold new blue-toned identity.

Expect to see much more of 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 as it takes centrestage across GG Presents throughout 2026.

This is only the beginning of a new visual journey — one that celebrates not just the physiques, but the dedication, passion and stories behind every athlete.

Also, follow 𝙜𝙜𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 on Instagram, X and Threads.

The next chapter starts 𝗡𝗢𝗪.
