Join Our Team: Photography Operations Manager Wanted!

Are you ready to bring your organizational skills to the world of photography? We're looking for a dynamic Photography Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who loves photography, is highly organized, and enjoys working with people.

Job Scope:
Booking Magic: Assist in securing new bookings and ensure seamless communication with potential clients.

Operational Wizardry: Carry out daily tasks efficiently and on time, keeping our studio running smoothly.

Scheduling Pro: Manage schedules for photographers, digital editors, and studio bookings to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Financial Expertise: Create and submit invoices, keeping our finances in order.

File Master: Organize files and coordinate between photographers, editors, and clients to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Social Media Guru: Handle weekly updates on our social media accounts and website to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.

Proactive Problem Solver: Use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to tackle any challenges that come your way.

Requirements:
Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese.

Experience Bonus: Previous experience in a photography studio or sales/operations is a definite plus.

Creative Tech Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is a great advantage.

Location: Our studio is located in Kota Sentosa, Kuching, Sarawak.
