🔥【严厉执法！非法采集动植物样本，当场被逮】

你以为偷偷带走一片叶子、一只昆虫没事？砂拉越当局这次给了一个很明确的答案：绝不妥协！
近日，在Gunung Gading National Park（加丁国家公园），数名人士（包括外国游客）涉嫌非法采集动植物样本，企图带离园区——结果还没成功离开，就被执法人员当场逮捕！
⚖️ 法庭已经作出裁决：
👉 所有涉案者共被罚款 RM52,500！
🚫 为什么这么严重？
因为这里是“全面保护区”（TPA），任何未经批准的行为，包括：
❌ 采集
❌ 转移
❌ 试图带出生物样本
都是违法行为！
📜 根据法律：
▪️ 在国家公园内违法：最高罚款 RM5,000 或监禁1年（每项罪名）
▪️ 公园外非法持有：最高罚款 RM30,000 或监禁2年
🌿 当局强硬表态：
“砂拉越的生物多样性，是留给下一代的珍贵遗产。”
👉 任何试图非法剥削自然资源的人——
一定会被对付，没有例外。

🔥 Firm Action Taken! Illegal Collection of Wildlife Specimens Leads to Arrest & Heavy Fines
Several individuals, including foreign tourists, were caught collecting biological samples illegally at Gunung Gading National Park.
🚔 They were arrested before leaving the park.
⚖️ Court has imposed a total fine of RM52,500.
🚫 No permit = offence.
Especially in Totally Protected Areas (TPA), such actions are serious crimes.
📜 Penalties include:
▪️ Up to RM5,000 fine / 1 year jail (per offence in parks)
▪️ Up to RM30,000 fine / 2 years jail (outside parks, depending on species)
🌿 Authorities stress:
Sarawak will NOT compromise on protecting its natural heritage.
