拥有18间公寓单位的「Jia家＠Majestic Ipoh民宿」，
在业者的精心设计之下，暂时拥有18种不同的主题 （还在持续增加中), 保证总有一个会是你的心头好，而这就是该民宿的卖点，每间都特别到让人在踏入民宿的霎那，感到惊叹连连。

顾名思义，Jia家＠Majestic Ipoh就坐落在怡保市中心的大华公寓（The Majestic），这里无论是去旧街场或是新街场都非常靠近。

然而，若入住的游客只想呆在民宿来一场悠哉地旅行，这里也有各种设施包括桑拿、健身房及露天泳池等。

除此之外，18间公寓单位的主题则包括吉蒂猫（Hello Kitty）、变形金刚、泰迪熊与朋友们、米字旗（Union Jack），每间民宿的客厅至睡房的设计和摆设都非常吸睛。

值得一提的是，民宿内摆放着的模型，大部分都是负责人耗上好几个月收购回来，部分甚至是绝迹的珍藏版，如果你也想在醒来时，一张开眼就能看到自己喜欢的人事物，这里绝对是最适合的地方，且据悉每逢假日都很抢手。
