12 years. It takes 12 years for Jupiter to orbit the Sun. There are 12 days of Christmas. 12 people have walked on the moon so far. There are 12 apostles in the bible. For Jack and Lynn, it represents the culmination of their love for each other. It represents the commitment that they has for each other as they ready themselves for the next step of their journey; in each other arms, with their vows to each other and till death do them part.

When two worlds collide, you have Ikhwan & Mindy. To be honest, I don't know much of their background story. How they meet? How they got together? ...But just from the time I spend documenting the most important day of their lives; I can feel that not only they love each other deeply but they are the best of friends. They are the first couple that I see bump fist-ing each other the moment they are officially "husband & wife".

It has been a privilege to be a part of a union of not only 2 individual but also 2 families of different background and cultures. It is uniquely Malaysian and I'm blessed to be able to witness it.
