Vlog | The deco caught my attention immediately, especially the vibrant colour, almost neon-like colour palettes, far from predictable or uniform. Honestly, that’s what makes this session particularly exciting for me as a photographer.
Now I’m curious to see how these colours will behave in the edit, how far I can pull them, how they’ll work with the skin tones, and how much I can enhance the overall look while, as always, keeping that slightly misty feel in the photos. 🧪🎨
A huge appreciation to the bride, who stayed sooo calm and composed throughout the entire Mehendi session. I truly admired how she carried herself throughout the event. Her calm energy also made my work much smoother, especially during the solo portraits towards the end. The bride, her dress, the décor and all those vibrant tones, everything came together beautifully, almost like a fairytale. 🍃
Can’t wait to see where the colours take me during the editing process. 🎨
P.S. The photos at the end of the vlog are the original, unedited images. They may look like a preset has already been applied, but I’ve only made some temperature adjustments to suit the ambient light and my preferred colour balance straight out of camera on the Sony A7 III.
