"Prebet Sapu," a Film by young Director , is Malaysia's very first Film to be competing at the Oscar's for "Best International Feature Film," it tells the Story of a colour-blind young Man "Aman," who is an aspiring Writer, after the Death of his Father, he inherited his old Car, which he later uses to earn his Income as an illegal e-hailing Driver when he left his Home-town, as he drives through the Streets of Kuala Lumpur, he meets a female Es**rt "Bella," from then, they begin to develop an affectionate Relationship, this is a Story that paints a realistic Picture of Kuala Lumpur, the Capital of Malaysia, the Story revolves around the Back-drop of the last General Election in Malaysia, portraying every Aspect of the Under-privileged living within the City, every-one is struggling to make a living within the concrete Jungle, but only few would survive, Life is tough, but as long as we have Hope, we will all get through the worst of Hard-ships...
"Prebet Sapu" ("Hail, Driver!") is showing in Cinemas around Malaysia starting from December 16th.

《黑車》是馬來西亞新晉導演參與奧斯卡獎的本地電影作品,講述著一名一希望成為作家的色盲男子「阿曼」,因為父親的離世,其父所遺留的車子,成為了他養活自己的工具,他也隨而離鄉背井,成為了非法的載客司機,而他穿梭於吉隆坡這個大城市的過程中,認識到了一名陪侍女郎「貝拉」,從此展開了微妙的關係,此片譜寫馬來西亞吉隆坡市的真實景象,故事根本的脈搏,圍繞著上一次大選的背景之下,道盡低下階層人物的百態,許多人來到大城市追夢,可成功的人只有寥寥少數,人生艱苦在所難免,但只要心中有希望,多大的風雨都可以挺過去的……
《黑車》於十二月十六日在大馬各地戲院正式上映。
