If your photo/videography company carries YOUR NAME, you have a bigger responsibility. YOU become your product. People book you for your VISION, your DIRECTION, your CREATIVITY, the way you BLEND IN, and your way of HANDLING things for them. Not because of your logo. Not for someone you trained or hired.

Because NO ONE can replace your eye, your communication skills, your instinct. So if you are booked on a particular date, then you’re booked. Don’t give false promises of your presence. Brides get frustrated by this. You can’t be at two places at the same time. And if you can’t show up, don’t sell YOUR NAME.

There are many photo/videographers out there. Maybe someone who personally takes care of the client DESERVES it more.
