20g kuzu
20g potato starch

Combine and cook until thicken
Fill in mould. 160 degree celsius 1 hour. Drop temp 120 degree celsius another 1 hour. Let it cool. Serve with whatever topping that u like.

Buat stock ketam, remove ketam, shock dlm iced water, keluarkan isi ketam, campur dgn thermidor sauce. Bake sampai golden brownz

Stock ketam campur thickener then blend jadi thick soup. Kulit ketam digoreng hingga garing, tapis minyak utk dapatkan crab essence oil.

BREAD PUDDING
1/2 loaf stale bread
500ml susu
3 eggs
2tsp vanilla essence
3tbsp sugar
100g cubed butter
Any fillings:
choc coin, oat, raisins

Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Cook until slightly thick (custard).
Soak bread into custard, arrange soaked bread and cubed butter into container. Arrange fillings. Pour remaing custard. Bake 175 degree celsius 25 minutes until top of pudding turn brown.
Sprinkle with maldon salt. Enjoy warm (with vanilla custard) or cold (vanilla ice cream)
