Kuala Lumpur Thru My Eyes - Oct 3rd, 2026

I hate the haze but I hate not going out just to take a few shot in the streets more. After almost 3 weeks I think I really didn't go out (I did go out to take other pictures like at the mall and other events) and walk my usual route and meet my fav cat, just decided to do a quick one today.

Focusing random stuff I see and what attracts me. I shoot things that reflect myself. For example, I love cats, i love simplicity, i love colors, i love texture, i love patterns etc and those are reflected in my pictures or try my best to capture them.

As I said, I'm learning.

Met a beautiful lady with her school mates wearing a beautiful 70ish outfit and so happens the decoration at Kwai Chai Hong 鬼仔巷 had the oldies vibe to it. So decided to say hi and took a few pictures of her.

Testing Gaussian Splatting on my Insta360 x6

Just interested in the technology. It's great but not yet mature to be honest. Having said that, I made tons of mistakes capturing this car and had to find free software to try salvage something for my test.

Basically, this is not a video and I freeze frame to capture the image/ This is an entire 3d world I captured and I can move around in this world from the images I took.

Posibilities is huge. The image you see not so good coz I captured in wrong format and had a hard time figuring out ways to salvage it using free softwares. But, u learn as you go.

Kuala Lumpur Street Portrait - August 24th, 2026

Didn't have any plan today since I went to a photo exhibition. But watching all the photos at the exhibition gave me that itch to go and take photos.

I ended up at Jalan Panggung afterwards and saw these 2 beautiful ladies.

Heck why not, said hi and ask if I could take their pictures and the rest is history.
