Eastman Kodak Tourist (1948-1951)
Vintage 620 Film Camera
RM 399

The Kodak Tourist is a range of vertical folding medium format cameras for eight 6x9 exposures on 620 roll film which were manufactured from 1948 to 1958 by Eastman Kodak Co. in Rochester, USA. The Tourists were the last in a long line of American-made folding roll film cameras from Eastman Kodak. The original Tourist was replaced by the Tourist II in May of 1951 which featured a redesigned top cover and a new viewfinder. Production was discontinued in July of 1958. The Tourists were available with a variety of lens & shutter combinations and have a die cast aluminium alloy body, covered in black Kodadur synthetic leather, with lens door-mounted shutter release. Top plates are molded gray plastic that Kodak called Tenite. The Tourist's most unusual feature is its back - through the use of cleverly engineered latches, it can be opened on the left side, right side, or removed completely.

This particular piece here is an original Kodak Tourist, made between 1948 and 1951. The camera is fully functional, clean and in overall very good condition, with only minor signs of age and wear, mainly a few tiny spots of missing black paint along the edges and a slightly dented back panel (see picture 5). The bellows are intact, the lenses are clear, the shutter works well at all speeds including B (bulb mode) and T (time), and the focusing ring, film transport and aperture & shutter speed controls work properly, too. The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the leatherette & bellows have been waxed/polished.

This camera was made for use with 620 film. While 620 film is a rare and hard to find niche format nowadays, the film size is actually identical to 120, only the size of the spool slightly differs in height, so one can easily modify and use 120 film instead which is widely available and can be found on Shopee. One way to use 120 film with this camera is to re-roll the film from a 120 spool to a 620 spool in a dark room or changing bag. Alternatively, one can slightly reduce the height of a plastic 120 film spool on both ends with fine sandpaper until it fits into the camera's 620 film compartment. Instructional videos for this can be found on YouTube. Without case. Tested without film.

Zeiss Ikon Ikonta 520/2 (1929-1937)
Vintage 120 Film Camera
RM 499

The Ikonta is a long-running series of folding cameras for a variety of film formats and exposure sizes, manufactured between 1929 and 1959 by Zeiss Ikon AG in Germany. Launched in 1929, Ikontas were offered in four models: A, B, C, & D. The A, B, & C sizes took 120 film and produced negatives in 6x4.5 format, 6x6 format, and 6x9 format, respectively. The Ikonta D produced larger negatives on either 116 or 616 film. There was also a Baby Ikonta, which used 127 film. The first series of Ikonta were labeled the 520 series. The A, B, & C models were designated 520, 520/16, and 520/2, respectively. Ikontas were Zeiss Ikon's top product line of folding medium format cameras and generally of superior quality compared to the corresponding models of their Nettar product line. Ikontas were fitted with a wide range of lenses and shutters, and the cameras were priced accordingly. The primary difference between Ikontas and Nettar models was often the lens and shutter combination.

This particular piece here is a first model, vertical-folding, self-erecting Zeiss Ikon Ikonta 520/2 for eight 6x9 cm exposures on 120 roll film which was made between 1929 and 1937. The 520/2 is also alternatively known as the Ikomat C. It is fully functional, clean and in overall excellent condition, with only minimal signs of age and wear, mainly some tiny spots of missing black paint along the edges and a little on the front plate (see pictures). The bellows are intact, the lenses are clear, the shutter works perfectly at all speeds including B (bulb mode) and T (time mode), and the focusing ring, film advance, self-erecting mechanism, shutter speed & aperture controls all work properly, too. The original Zeiss Ikon genuine leather case with green velvet lining is included as well. The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the leatherette & bellows have been waxed / polished. This camera uses 120 film which is widely available and can easily be found on Shopee. Tested without film.

Voigtländer Bessa (1937-1941)
Vintage 120 Film Camera
RM 479

The Voigtländer Bessa is a long running line of self-erecting, vertical-folding cameras for eight 6x9 cm or (in some models with a frame mask inserted) sixteen 4.5x6 cm exposures on 120 roll film, which was produced from 1929 to 1956 by Voigtländer & Sohn AG in Braunschweig, Germany. It is the best known and the most sold of all Voigtländer cameras and was the first self-erecting camera offered by the company. Bessa cameras were available with a variety of lenses and shutters.

This particular piece here is a pre-war Voigtländer Bessa 6x9 for eight 6x9 cm exposures on 120 roll film. The waist level brilliant finder (until 1941), the shutter release on the door (from 1935 on) and the optical foldable frame finder with cover (from 1937 on) indicate that it was made between 1937 and 1941. The camera is fully functional, clean and in overall very good condition, with minor signs of age and wear. The bellows are intact, the lenses are clear, the shutter works very well at all speeds including B (bulb mode) and T (time), and the focusing ring, film transport, self timer, aperture & shutter speed controls all work properly, too. The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the leatherette & bellows have been waxed / polished. The original matching and particularly pretty genuine leather case is included as well. There are some cosmetic imperfections: a few tiny spots of missing black paint along the edges, some corrosion on the film advance winding k**b (see picture 6) and some surface abrasions on the depth of field metal plaque at the back panel (see picture 5). Due to these flaws the camera is being sold at a reduced price. This camera uses 120 film which is widely available and can easily be found on Shopee. Tested without film.

The Kodak Brownie Six-20 is a series of medium format box cameras for eight 6x9 exposures on 620 film which were manufactured from 1937 to 1957 by Kodak Ltd. in the UK. This particular piece here is a Kodak Brownie Six-20 Model D, made between 1953 and 1957. The camera's body is made from sheet metal and covered in leatherette. It has two bright magnifying viewfinders with polished steel reflectors. The shutter has two modes - timed (bulb mode) and instant (fixed 1/40 sec). The camera has a built-in close up lens that can be moved into position by pulling a tab on the side. Focus with this portrait lens is between 1.5 and 3 m.

The camera is fully functional, clean and in overall good condition, with reasonable signs of age and wear. The lens and the viewfinders are clear, the shutter works well in both instant and bulb mode, and the film transport and lens & shutter controls work properly, too. There are some common, purely cosmetic flaws: an uneven leatherette, small spots of missing black paint, some corrosion spots, some scratches (see pictures). The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the leatherette has been wax/polished.

Alternatively, and this is much easier and faster for most people, one can slightly reduce the height of a plastic 120 film spool on both ends with fine sandpaper until it fits into the camera's 620 film compartment. It's a quick, cheap and easy hack. Instructional videos for this can be found on YouTube. Without case. Tested without film.

Agfa Billy Record II (1951-1952)
Vintage 120 Film Camera
RM 449

The Billy Record II is a self-erecting, vertical-folding camera for eight 6x9 cm exposures on 120 roll film which was produced from 1950 to 1952 by Agfa Kamerawerk AG in Munich, Germany. While the earliest units still had a foldable frame finder, an optical viewfinder was integrated into a small top housing with accessory shoe from 1951 on. In the USA, the Billy Record II was sold as the Ventura 69 Deluxe.

This particular piece here is fully functional, clean and in overall very good condition, with minor signs of age and wear. The bellows are intact, the shutter works well at all speeds including B (Bulb mode) and T (Time mode), and the film transport, focusing ring, self timer, double exposure prevention, self-erecting mechanism, aperture & shutter speed controls all work properly, too. As can be expected, there are a few very minor cosmetic flaws - tiny spots of missing black paint and plating here and there, a little loss of colour on the decorative black lines around the lens, and some age-related discolouration of the aluminium alloy viewfinder housing and film advance winding k**b. The lens has a substantial amount of micro scratches from improper cleaning which may or may not affect the image quality. This should be fine for anyone taking pictures just for fun but may not be acceptable to someone who strives for perfection. The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the leatherette & bellows have been waxed / polished. The original Agfa Billy Record II genuine leather case with maroon velvet lining is included as well (one seam on the top part is broken). This camera uses 120 roll film which is widely available and can easily be found on Shopee. Tested without film.

The Agfa Click I is a medium format viewfinder camera for twelve 6x6 cm exposures on 120 roll film which was manufactured from 1958 to 1970 by Agfa Kamerawerk AG in München, Germany. With its fixed focus, single speed shutter and 2 aperture options it was designed to be a simple and affordable camera for beginners. The Click's body is constructed out of plastic, with a protective aluminium front around the lens, and features a built-in yellow filter.

This particular piece here is fully functional, clean and in overall very good condition, with only minor signs of age and wear in form of some light scratches, mainly on the back panel. The lens is clear, the shutter works perfectly, and the film transport and aperture control work properly, too. The original Agfa Click leather hard case is included as well. Vintage Camera Tripod (pre-1942)
RM 219

This camera tripod is a slim legged pre-WWII model from Germany. While not having any model or manufacturer markings, the design and materials used indicate that it is a pre-war model made before 1942 (Production in most factories was halted in 1941 due to the begin of WWII, when manufacturing plants were requisitioned by the German government to make weapons and other war related items). The tripod is of high quality, solid built, fully functional, clean and in overall very good condition for its age, with minor signs of age and wear. Including the tripod head, the total length measures 35 cm in its compact state. The 3 legs are made of brass and extend 4-fold from 33.5 to 109.5 cm. The one thing that is standing out on this tripod is that, while other tripods require to attach a small adapter piece to adjust to another screw mount size, this one already has 2 differently sized screw mounts, one on each side of the tripod head, and the legs can simply be swung over 180 degrees to change to the opposite screw mount. As can be expected, there are a few small spots of chipped off black paint on the legs and some corrosion just on the 3 screws (see pictures). On one of the legs 1 small ball bearing stopper is missing in the middle, this does not affect the tripod's steadiness though. Without case.

Vintage 120 Film Camera

The Bella is a series of inexpensive but attractive and well-built viewfinder cameras for 120, 127 and 35mm film which were produced from 1953 to 1966 under the Bilora brand by Kürbi & Niggeloh in Radevormwald, Germany. Their bodies are alloy castings with added leather effect covering, in various colour combinations. Bilora also used the names Roxa, Bonita and Reporter for Bella variants.

This particular piece here is a very pretty and solid-built Bilora Bella 66 III for twelve 6x6 cm exposures on 120 film, made between 1959 and 1960. It is fully functional, clean and in overall very good condition, with minor signs of age and wear. The lenses are clear, the shutter works well at all speeds including B (bulb mode), and the film transport, focusing ring, aperture & shutter speed controls all work properly, too. There are a few purely cosmetic flaws due to which the camera is being sold at a somewhat reduced price: a few small spots of missing paint along the edges, a faint dent on the top left corner of the viewfinder, and the small plastic film advance indicator ring on top is half broken off (see picture 7). The original Bilora Bella 66 PU leather case in light grey colour is included as well. Tested without film.

Agfa Isolette III (1951-1955)
Vintage 120 Film Camera
RM 249

The Agfa Isolette is a series of self-erecting, horizontal-folding cameras for twelve 6×6 cm exposures on 120 film which were produced in 7 different variations from 1937 to 1960 by Agfa Kamerawerk AG in München, Germany.

This particular piece here is an Isolette III, a model made from 1951 to 1960. The depth of field indicator on top indicates that it was made between 1951 and 1955 as from 1956 on all units had a film reminder in its place instead. The camera is functional, clean and in overall fair condition, with visible signs of age and wear. The bellows are intact, the lenses are generally clear with some micro scratches, the shutter works perfectly at all speeds including B (bulb mode), and the focusing ring, self timer, film transport, self-erecting mechanism, double exposure prevention, aperture & shutter speed controls all work properly, too. On the downside, the uncoupled rangefinder is not functioning, with no visible movement in the viewfinder. While not essential, it can very likely be fixed if really needed, but since this exceeds our expertise, we rather leave it to the buyer to either just use the camera without rangefinder, or let someone with the necessary know-how fix it. There are also a few cosmetic flaws: some rubbed off plating, mainly on the depth-of-field indicator disc (picture 😎, crinkles on the front left leatherette, and several corrosion spots - a little on the top housing, along the bottom edges and on the shutter logo of the front plate (picture 9), some on the inside of the front cover panel, and more so at the top left inside corner of the bellows compartment, including the upper part of the connecting right struts. While still pretty and working, due to these flaws, the camera is being sold at a much reduced price. The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the leatherette & bellows have been waxed/polished. This camera uses 120 film which is widely available and can be found on Shopee. Without case. Tested without film.

Zeiss Ikon Ercona I (1948-1955)
Vintage 120 Film Camera
RM 379

The Ercona is a 2 model series of self-erecting, vertical-folding cameras for 120 roll film, produced from 1947 to 1956 by VEB Zeiss Ikon in Dresden, East Germany. After WWII, the VEB Zeiss Ikon in Soviet-controlled East Germany resumed production of folder cameras in 1947 with the Ercona, a 6x9 format camera based on the Zeiss Ikon model 521/2, the Ikonta C. The earliest batches of the Ercona were almost identical to the Western Ikonta, later batches are equipped with a dual format system, allowing the photographer to chose between 6x9 and 6x6 cm format. These cameras are equipped with two red windows, a removable 6x6 mask in the film chamber and an additional flip-up square mask in the finder. There is also a shutter lock against double-exposure. A red point appears near the film winding key on the top when the next shot becomes possible. The Ercona II from 1956 is very similar to the Ercona I but has the finder built into a chrome top housing.

This particular piece here is a dual format Ercona I for either eight 6x9 cm or twelve 6x6 cm exposures on 120 roll film, made between 1948 and 1955. It is a solid-built camera, fully functional, clean and in overall very good condition, with minor cosmetic signs of age and wear in form of a very light dent on the back panel, a few tiny spots of missing black paint along the edges and a small abrasion on the leatherette (see pictures). The bellows are intact, the shutter works perfectly at all speeds including B (bulb mode), and the focusing ring, film transport, double exposure prevention, self-erecting mechanism, aperture & shutter speed settings all work properly, too. The original mask for 6x6 cm exposures (that is so often missing) is still inside the film chamber as well. The lenses are generally clear but the front lens has a handful of micro dots on it (see picture 9). Due to the flaws mentioned, the camera is being sold at a reduced price. The camera has been thoroughly cleaned and the leatherette & bellows have been waxed/polished. This camera uses 120 film which is widely available and can easily be found on Shopee. Without case. Tested without film.
