La agricultura no empieza en el campo ni termina en la oficina.
Es una red de personas, oficios y tiempos que se entrelazan en un mismo propósito.
Cada tarea —desde quien germina una semilla hasta quien conduce el camión o lleva los registros del día— tiene un valor equivalente.
Sin una, las otras no se sostienen.
A menudo se habla del “reconocimiento al productor” como si fuera el final del camino, cuando en realidad es solo una parte de una colaboración más amplia, donde cada rol merece la misma atención y respeto.
El café no se construye a partir de jerarquías, sino de reciprocidades.
Reconocer eso es dar un paso hacia una práctica más justa, más consciente y verdaderamente humana.

Agriculture doesn’t begin in the field nor end in the office.
It’s a network of people, crafts, and times woven together by a shared purpose.
Every task —from germinating a seed to driving the truck or keeping the day’s records— holds equal value.
Without one, the others couldn’t stand.
We often hear about “recognizing the producer” as if it were the final goal, when in truth it’s only one part of a larger collaboration —one where every role deserves the same attention and respect.
Coffee isn’t built on hierarchies, but on reciprocities.
Acknowledging this is a step toward a fairer, more conscious, and truly human way of working.
