High season may still feel a little way off, but your properties that'll be hitting the market this fall need to start getting ready now.
Once off season remodels are finished, the furniture is in place and the property is looking its best, that’s the time to get your photography done (before everyone is scrambling for the same October dates!).

Those are the things that help someone picture themselves living there.
