A Small Worker with a Big Job 🐝💜

A few steps from home, I found one of nature's most important daily rituals unfolding in front of me.

This bee was moving from flower to flower on a lavender bloom, collecting pollen with a purpose it has repeated thousands of times before.

Yet when viewed up close, what seems like a common scene becomes something extraordinary—tiny grains of pollen, delicate hairs, intricate wings, and a partnership between flower and pollinator that helps sustain entire ecosystems.

It's easy to admire a flower for its beauty. It's even more fascinating to witness the life and activity that beauty attracts.
