Sacred feminine rage: they never let us expressing our anger
One of the many things, that the world taught us, as women:
Be quiet. Smile.
And never, never, never show that you’re angry.
Hide your emotions. Be a good girl. Be polite.
FLUCK IT.
I never had the chance to raise my voice. To be angry. As a kid, a young adult, and even now, as a full grown up woman.
Like it’s a bad thing to be angry.
I know a friend. She got mad at another friend. She expressed it. She got blocked.
WTF?
Since how it’s normal, in this society, to be rejected when we express ourselves.
Since for ever you’d say
It’s a total shame I’d answered
Anger is one of the emotion on the human emotional spectrum.
It’s ok. It needs to be expressed. It needs to move through your body. And then it will be released, and you’ll be able to move on.
It’s not the end of the world if I’m angry at someone. It’s normal. It doesn’t mean I don’t love you anymore. It doesn’t mean I’m going to leave you.
In those moments, I just need to be received. To be able to express myself.
Let’s take our anger back. Let’s express it.
And for fork sake, let’s normalise being human, having emotions and expressing it.
Anger is actually healthy. It means you’re feeling, you’re alive, you’re human.
