This year has been a rollercoaster. A terrible year for so many and although we will be looking to rebuild moving forward, I thought I would post the biggest positive from my year. On July 13th of this year I reached the highest weight of my life at 335lbs. Anyone who knows me knows that I have struggled with my weight most of my life. That day, I finally made the choice to stop victimizing myself and looking for excuses as to why I can’t lose the weight. I would never allow myself the opportunity to reach my full potential in both my career and overall lifestyle otherwise . Fast forward to today, I’ve lost 70 lbs so far and now weigh 265lbs. My goal is to lose 150lbs naturally and reach 185lbs by July 13th,2021. So as this year comes to an end, I wanted to make this post to prove that just because uncontrollable events in the world caused this to be a year filled with negativity, everyone of us is capable of finding the light at the end of the tunnel and focusing on the positives. Happy New Year everyone and cheers to finding new ways to better ourselves next year! 🥂🍾
