Three days. One love story. Nothing about it was small.
It started on a Thursday night — an all-white party where a DJ flown in from New York set the tone and a fire show lit up the sky. Nobody slept early.
Friday was softer. A candlelit dinner, mariachi filling the warm night air, cocktails that turned into conversations that turned into the kind of night you don’t plan but never forget.
And then Saturday came.
Tara got ready surrounded by the women who matter most. Sean was across the resort, steady and certain. When they finally saw each other for the first time — just the two of them, before everything — they didn’t wait for the ceremony to say what they needed to say. The vows happened right there, quietly, before anyone else arrived.
The chapel at TRS Yucatán was full. A Catholic ceremony, candles, family flying in from everywhere, the kind of silence that only happens when something real is taking place. When they walked out, the drone was already in the air capturing 83 people who had shown up across three days for exactly this moment.
Then Las Rocas. Ocean views, golden hour, the bridal party finally exhaling. Cocktails tasted better than usual.
And the reception — Helios Terrace transformed into something you don’t expect at a resort wedding. Giant screens. Full production. A dance floor that didn’t stop until 10:30 PM, and the party kept going after we left.

Three days in the Riviera Maya with people you love most. This is exactly why couples choose Mexico for their wedding — and why we love documenting every part of it, not just a ceremony.
