Who knew being a speaker would look like this? Thank you for having me, !

Vienna was a real full circle moment. Having the chance to inspire other photographers by talking about my work, my life, my projects, on this stage was the biggest honor!

The theme was “the unsexy stuff” (like…bookkeeping) and I am so grateful to be living this life and to have this amazing career. I’m always happy to share knowledge, so please don’t be shy to reach out if you have follow-up questions after my talk!

Rachel & Chris - Mexico! 🌴

It’s so easy to fall in love with Mexico with all your senses. Rachel and Chris spent their first holiday together here at Imanta Resorts - making this stunning and secluded place the perfect spot for their destination wedding! Chris is from Australia and Rachel is from Floriday, so a beach was a must. They knew from the start that it would have to be an extended holiday wedding weekend, so they could have enough time with all their guests flying in from very far away. With crystal clear water and luxurious villas of Imanta tucked away in the palm tress, I can’t imagine a more relaxing destination. And anybody who has experienced Eli’s band before knows… this party is not going to be epic! They are absolutely unparalleled.

One year later and I still can’t believe how beautifully everything came together, how many personal elements those two added to their wedding weekend to make this experience extra special for their guests. Having everybody you love in one place and creating memories together is just where it’s at, and Rachel and Chris absolutely made this an incredible experience for everybody.

I am so grateful for a powerhouse creative team who made the vision come to life!

The best thing about being a wedding photographer - and I always say this - is the privilege of an all-access pass to the couples lives. Being allowed in their personal space, observing and documenting joy, chaos, closeness, family dynamics, everything.
And sometimes, I even document bits of their lives long before or long after the wedding. I met Chandler and Travis in 2023, just recently engaged. Two weeks ago, we went to the same beach where we first met, now with a baby girl on the way.

September was a dream! I feel incredibly blessed.
A huge thank you to everybody who was a part of this beautiful month.

What didn’t make the cut: delayed flights, nights at airports and being sick/injured in a hotel room, and many days of admin work for our Cape Town plans. It’s all coming together, and I can’t wait to see some of you there!

South Africa calling 🇿🇦☀️🐘 are you ready for a February full of sunshine, adventure, connection with other wedding photographers… and some new epic photos? We have three events lined up!

I can’t wait to bring you all together!! The debut of Dare to Roam (or simply: Roam) takes place in Cape Town and will open it doors for nomads and locals. And you are invited! Let’s celebrate community over competition 💛✨

Some details are still in the works BUT! I am excited to tell you: we’ve booked the venues for our meet-up, and the accommodation for the workshops! 😱

On Feb 2 & 3, we are hosting the Roam, our community event for up to 150 photographers with amazing international & local speakers. Videographers welcome too!

After that, we jump into a 10-person workshop with beach villas and city stays, wilderness, styled shoots, small group learning and 1:1 sessions.
We will also do a Safari excursion… details TBD!

Oh — did I mention it’s summer here in February? Europeans, get ready for warmth and the most beautiful light you’ll ever photograph in. South Africans, strap in to be inspired again right here at home!

Rainbow during the ceremony. Confetti all over the dance floor. Waves where there usually are none (at this time of the year). Palm trees, sunset glow, and a next-day surf session to top it all off.

Christina & Zach didn’t just plan a wedding - they somehow summoned all the elements to show up for them. The rain and the rainbow especially, holding a very special meaning, but I don’t want to make you cry... so I’ll keep this one to myself.

You might see beautiful photos. But you will never see the incredible value these meaningful photos have for the beautiful couple - UNTIL it’s your own turn.

Cheers to Christina & Zach! 🌊🌴

They wanted an immersive & authentic experience, so we didn’t only film + photograph their wedding day at , we also went for an evening surf with them, documented Christina’s bridal shower and were there for the beach day they organized for their friends and neighbors and their kids! ☀️

We love being involved in these pre- and post-wedding-events. It gives us so many opportunities to capture the nuances of all those relationships, not only between the couple, but all the loved ones they are surrounded by.
The more we are allowed to observe, the better we can tell your story. And it’s not just your wedding day, it’s a whole journey.

I can’t possibly fit enough into one instagram post, so brace yourselves for more of this tropical beach wedding!

Swipe to relive this vibrant Spanish-Indian wedding, at La Farinera Sant Lluís, close to Barcelona!

Inés & Nik are just ABSOLUTE legends and documenting their weekend was SO joyful! Some of my favorite moments: the AMAZING father-daughter dance on the second day and the Dad’s proud reaction after pulling it off (slides 10-11), and Inés being smuggled in a catering golf cart :D (last slide)

This was the wedding where we decided we need to document even more. Not just for our couples, but for the journey. For the memories.

Why the delay in posting? We got featured in The Knot! We are so honored - and even more excited to finally post our first-ever vlog from this wedding on YouTube.✨
