On behalf of the Surfing Association of Thulusdhoo (SAT), we proudly congratulate our national surfing team for their outstanding performance at the Asian Surfing Championship 2025 in India.

🏆 Two additional slots secured for the upcoming Asian Games – a huge leap forward for Maldivian surfing on the international stage.
🥉 Historic first podium for our juniors, bringing home Copper medals and making their mark in our nation’s surfing history.

Your dedication, skill, and unshakable spirit have inspired the entire Maldives. Every wave you rode carried the pride of our islands, and you have shown once again that Maldives belongs among Asia’s best.

As we celebrate today’s achievements, our sights are set even higher for the upcoming international events. With the passion, talent, and determination we have witnessed, we believe the future of Maldivian surfing has no limits.

🇲🇻💪 Standing Proud! 💪🇲🇻

Today, our two Maldivian U18 boys fought with courage, heart, and determination in the quarterfinals. Although the heats didn’t go our way and they were eliminated from the tournament, they left it all in the water, showing true fighting spirit every second.

We, the Surfing Association of Thulusdhoo (SAT), stand proud with them — and with every single participant who represented our beloved Maldives with passion and pride. Your relentlessness and dedication inspire the next generation of surfers to dream bigger and fight harder.

This is not the end — it’s another step toward greatness. The ocean will always have more waves, and we know you’ll ride them even stronger next time!
