No work of art, no photograph, no image could ever truly capture the depth of Mirabai’s devotion to Krishna.

This is merely our humble artistic interpretation- a glimpse into how we imagine her: lost in song, her ektara and kartal carrying a love that knew neither distance nor surrender, while Krishna remained ever-present in the depths of her heart.

Perhaps this image cannot depict her devotion.

But if it makes you pause for a moment, feel something, and remember the boundless love with which Mira sang for her Giridhar, then perhaps it has served its purpose.

May it touch your heart and resonate with the devotee within you, and if it does we humbly ask that you share it and help this little expression of devotion travel a little further. 🪷
