عمي علي Amlal Nodrar، فنان من الجنوب الشرقي المغربي، من قلب تودغى – تنغير، يحمل في صوته ملامح الأرض وهوية الإنسان الأمازيغي. يُعد من أبرز رواد الأغنية التودغوية الحديثة، إذ استطاع أن يدمج بين التراث الأمازيغي الأصيل والتعبير الفني المعاصر، بأسلوب صادق وعميق.

في ألبومه Inghayi Zman، أطلق عمي علي رسالة فنية تحمل نبض الزمان وحنين المكان، مستعينًا بآلة اللوتار التي أتقنها بحسّ مرهف وروح شاعرية. الألبوم حقّق نجاحًا باهرًا وأثار إعجاب الجمهور على نطاق واسع، حيث اكتسحت أغانيه المقاهي، المولات، الأعراس، والمساحات العامة، لتتحول إلى نغمة يومية في حياة الناس ومرافقة لأفراحهم ومناسباتهم.

هذا الانتشار الواسع لم يكن صدفة، بل نتيجة صدق التجربة الفنية، وارتباط الأغاني بوجدان الناس وقضاياهم، مما جعل من Inghayi Zman أيقونة حقيقية في مسار الأغنية التودغوية الحديثة، وفتح لعمي علي أفقًا جديدًا كأحد أعمدة الفن الأمازيغي المعاصر في الجنوب الشرقي.
