šŸ‡±šŸ‡» This is what a modern 21st-century rental building should be like.
The HIDE | Serviced apartments in Riga project offers everything needed for a dynamic urban lifestyle.
āœ… Contemporary design
āœ… High-quality finish
āœ… Functional communal spaces
āœ… Excellent location
āœ… All-inclusive fixed rental price

If you need a medium-term rental, this is one of the best options availableā€”located right in the heart of Riga on a quiet street.
___
šŸ‡±šŸ‡» Šādam ir jābÅ«t modernam Ä«res namam 21.gadsimtā. HIDE | Serviced apartments in Riga projektā ir viss kas nepiecieÅ”ams dinamiskai pilsētas dzÄ«vei.
āœ… aktuāls dizains
āœ… kvalitatÄ«vs izpildÄ«jums
āœ… funkcionālas komunālās telpas
āœ… lieliska lokācija
āœ… viss iekļauts fiksētā Ä«res cenā

Ja ir nepiecieÅ”ams pagaidu dzÄ«voklis vidēji ilgam periodam, Å”is ir viens no labākajiem variantiem paŔā RÄ«gas centrā uz klusas ielas.

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ There is something truly exotic about this property. Located in IkŔķileā€”just a half-hour drive from Rigaā€”it creates the feeling of being somewhere in Southern Europe.

šŸ‡±šŸ‡» The Estera Latvija model apartment in the Tērbatas Dārzs project is, in my opinion, one of the best examples of how to style a showroom apartment. Real estate developers are often overly conservative when choosing a design, ignoring the latest trends.
While maintaining a neutral interior that appeals to a broad audience, this projectā€™s model apartment successfully incorporates current interior design colors, materials, and trends. šŸ‘

šŸ‡±šŸ‡» Estera Latvija demo dzÄ«voklis projektā Tērbatas Dārzs, manuprāt ir viens no labākajiem piemēriem, kā iekārtot demo dzÄ«vokli. Bieži vien nekustamo Ä«paÅ”umu attÄ«stÄ«tāji ir pārāk konservatÄ«vi izvēloties demo dzÄ«vokļa dizainu, ignorējot jaunākās tendences. Tikmēr Å”ajā projektā dzÄ«voklis saglabājot neitrālu interjeru, kas derētu lielakajai daļai cilvēku, iekļauj arÄ« aktuālās interjera dizaina krāsas, materiālus un tendences. šŸ‘

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ In my opinion, good architecture must integrate with both time and space. This project has succeeded brilliantly in that regard. It creates the impression that the forest and meadow are part of the house, while simultaneously clearly reflecting the era in which it was built. Of course, knowing that this holiday home was designed and built by architects for their own use, it comes as no surprise that it fits so organically into its specific place.

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ This is one of those many, many instances where I photograph a beautiful propertyā€”fully intending to post it on my Instagram profileā€”but then other work piles up, and I forget about it. I photographed this apartment, designed by Interior Design Studio | Interjera dizains, six months ago, and I only remembered that I hadnā€™t shared it because I was photographing another apartment in the same building yesterday.
___
šŸ‡±šŸ‡» Å”is ir viens no tiem daudzajiem jo daudzajiem gadÄ«jumiem, kad safotografēju skaistu Ä«paÅ”umu, kuru esmu jau izdomājis, ka publicÄ“Å”u savā Instagram profilā, tad sakrÄ«t darbi, es par to aizmirstu. Å o dizaineres Interior Design Studio | Interjera dizains dzÄ«vokli bildēju pusgadu atpakaļ un atcerējos, ka neesmu ar to dalÄ«jies, jo vakar bildeju citu dzÄ«vokli tajā paŔā mājā.

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ Muuna is one of the most interesting new developments in Mārupe, but it holds a special interest for me because Iā€™ve photographed the project five times for five different clients. This particular shoot features the model apartment, where all the built-in furniture is by Virtuves pēc pasÅ«tÄ«juma.

šŸ‡±šŸ‡» Muuna ir viens no interesantākajiem jaunajiem projektiem Mārupē, bet man jo Ä«paÅ”i interesants tas ir tāpēc, ka Å”ajā projektā esmu bijis uz fotosesiju 5 reizes, 5 dažādiem klientiem. Å Ä« konkrētā fotosesija ir no demo dzÄ«vokļa, kurā visas iebÅ«vētās mēbeles ir no Virtuves pēc pasÅ«tÄ«juma

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ Iā€™m happy with many photos from this photoshoot, but I especially like the first picture in this post (the chandelier)! The moodiness, what is really hard to capture, is there in full display.

Furniture: KANTTARI
Development: HOVE nekustamo īpaŔumu attīstītājs

šŸ‡±šŸ‡» protams, esmu apmierināts ar to kā sanāca daudzas bildes no Ŕīs fotosesijas, bet jo Ä«paÅ”i man patÄ«k Ŕī pousta pirmā bilde (lustra)!

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ A couple of years ago, while photographing a house for a sales listing, I recognized a familiar signature style in its interior design. I asked the homeowner if the design happened to be the work of KatrÄ«na from Interior design | Katerina LAVR, and he confirmed that it was. This isnā€™t the same house, but KatrÄ«na has a distinctive style that is recognizable to those who pay attention to detail.

šŸ‡±šŸ‡» Pāris gadus atpakaļ fotografējot kādu māju pārdoÅ”anas sludinājumam, tās interjēra dizainā atpazinu man zināmu rokrakstu. PrasÄ«ju mājas saimniekam, vai Å”o dizainu gadÄ«jumā nav veidojusi KatrÄ«na no Interior design | Katerina LAVR un viņŔ apstiprināja, ka tas ir viņas dizains. Å Ä« nav tā pati māja, bet KatrÄ«nai ir savs izteikts stils, kuru var atpazÄ«t tie, kas pievērÅ” uzmanÄ«bu detaļām.

šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§I have spent my holidays here with my family twice and both of times were wonderful! Therefore, to anyone looking for a peaceful place in Latgale to take a break from the daily grind, I highly recommend Laimes Taure

šŸ‡±šŸ‡» BrÄ«vdienas ar Ä£imeni Å”eit esmu pavadÄ«jis divas reizes un abas no tam bija brÄ«niŔķīgas! Tāpēc, jebkuram, kurÅ” meklē mierpilnu vietu Latgalē, kur atvilkt elpu no ikdienas skrējiena, silti iesaku Laimes Taure
