Rosc Art Hello I'm M. Miriam Wilson
I am a visusl artist who specializes in visionary food art, creating a unique bridge between culinary excellence and fine art.

I transform renowned chef’s dishes into abtract art adding a new experience to a memorable event Hello I'm M, I am an artist who specializes in visionary food art, creating a unique bridge between culinary excellence and fine art. My work begins with photographing the exquisite dishes of world renowned chefs – each plate a masterpiece of creativity, technique, and artistry. Through digital transformation using Photoshop, I reimagine these culinary creations as abstract art pieces that capture not just the visual beauty, but the emotion and memory of the dining experience. The result is art that adds a new dimension to the skills of world renowned chefs. When you've experienced an extraordinary meal, my art allows you to take that moment home – not only have you eaten the dish, now you have a work of art that symbolizes that special moment.

A long slow sunset has received an honorable mention from PX3 Paris :) There is a heatwave over France, they said 40 degrees in some place, people rush to the coast in hope. Its Sunday night, June 28th 2026, 23:17, the thermometer finally flashes 20 degrees as the sun stubbornly sinks to the horizon and the people breath the cooling sea air.

Why does a sculpture get museum walls, while a chef’s masterpiece gets a fork?

Two years ago at Lameloise, I watched a plate arrive that stopped conversation at the table — colour, composition, restraint, tension, all deliberately placed. Then we ate it and it as absolutely delicious. Twenty minutes of existence for something that took a lifetime of craft to create.

That contrast has stayed with me ever since. We’ve expanded the definition of “art” to include almost everything — installation, performance, even a banana taped to a wall. But we still don’t have a category for what happens on a plate in the world’s best kitchens.

ROSC ART is my attempt to close that gap. I work with Michelin-starred chefs to translate their plating into abstract fine art — archival prints designed to last centuries, not minutes. Not a photo of food. A record of a compositional idea that deserves to exist beyond the table.

I think this belongs in the same conversations as any other emerging medium — and that means it needs the eyes of the people who define what gets taken seriously: gallery owners, curators, collectors.

If that’s you, I’d welcome the conversation.

The ROSC ART Online Gallery is open!

For two years I've been sitting at the tables of some of Europe's finest chefs, photographing their dishes and transforming them into abstract works of art — because a dish lives only for a few minutes, but a painting endures.

Today you can finally collect them. 28 works inspired by the kitchens of Arnaud Faye, Éric Pras, Louis Linster, Cyril Molard, Lewis Barker, Ahmet Dede, René Mathieu, Santi Taura, Vítor Matos, Kim de Dood and more are available as framed fine-art editions:

• Small formats — open edition, Fujiflex print with passe-partout
• Medium formats — limited to 5 per size, pigment print on Dibond under acrylic glass
• Large formats — edition of 3, on request

Everything is produced to gallery standard, framed, numbered and shipped worldwide, with a signed certificate of authenticity for every limited edition.

Have a look, choose your size and frame, and let me know which dish you'd hang on your wall 👇
