CAPTURING THE ENERGY OF K-CULTURE FESTIVAL 🇰🇷📸

We had the pleasure of capturing K-Culture Festival — a day full of energy, color, music, and culture.

Event photography is about more than documenting what happened. It’s about catching the atmosphere, the people, and the moments that make an event memorable.

From the stage to the crowd, from big moments to small interactions — we make sure the story of your event is captured from every angle.

YOUR PRODUCT BRIEF DETERMINES THE SHOT BEFORE WE TOUCH A SINGLE LIGHT

Your product brief decides the shot before we ever touch a light. Channel, background, hero vs. supporting product, colour constraints, deadline — miss one and the shoot plan shifts on set, on your dime. We built a simple checklist so your team hands us a brief that gets it right the first time. Save this carousel and share it with whoever writes your next brief.

FUJIKINA PARIS 2026

Hi, it's Andre — art director here at Lux Photo Pro.

I spent two days at Fujikina Paris 2026, the Fujifilm event that brings together photographers, videographers and industry people from across Europe. Since it's the system we shoot with every day, I went to see the new gear up close and talk shop with the Fujifilm and Capture One teams.

Now I'm back in Luxembourg, and everything I picked up — new techniques, fresh ideas, a few things worth testing — comes straight to the team from here.

Events like this are a good reminder of why I love this industry: the people behind the camera as much as the work in front of it.

HEADSHOT DAY PREP CHECKLIST

Send this to your team the week before the shoot. It prevents retakes.

— Wardrobe: plain mid-tone colors. No fine stripes, no busy patterns, no large logos. Bring a backup outfit.
— Schedule: short individual slots, booked back to back. People step in, get photographed, return to work.
— Space: reserve a quiet room for the set. Power outlet, no foot traffic, blinds you can close.
— Glasses: clean the lenses. Anti-glare coating helps; empty frames work too.
— Sign-off: name the person who approves the final selects before the shoot, not after.

We run 300+ commercial shoots a year. Team shoots are lit to one standard and art-directed by André, our Creative Director.

Is your next headshot day on the calendar?

EVENT COVERAGE: PHOTO AND VIDEO, ONE CREW

A business event lasts one day. The coverage should not take a month.

How the day runs:
— Setup complete before the first guest arrives.
— Multi-cam video and a dedicated photographer: keynote, room, details.
— One in-house team, one standard.

300+ commercial shoots a year. The process is the product.

Is there an event on your calendar this quarter?
