Some people carry the kind of beauty that goes far beyond what the eye can see.

Sophie is one of them.

The first thing you notice is how beautiful she is. But if you spend even a little time around her, you realize that’s the least interesting thing about her. It’s her kindness, her softness, the quiet way she fills a space without trying to. That’s the beauty I kept thinking about long after our shoot ended.

The day we met, I felt like I had been running on empty for a while. Somewhere between creating, giving, and simply trying to keep up, I had lost a little piece of my own light. And without either of us realizing it, I left that day feeling different. Lighter. Softer. More like myself again.

It’s strange how someone can give you something without ever knowing they did.

I still think about the energy she carries. Some people pass through your life. Others leave a feeling that quietly stays with you.

These photos were meant to be shared on May 17, but time has a way of moving faster than we expect. Maybe they’re a little late, but the feeling behind them never was♥️

I think everyone has a place that makes them feel a little lighter.
For me, it’s the ocean.

Not because it takes the pain away, but because it reminds me that every wave eventually returns to calm.

This photoshoot was one I’ve dreamed of creating for a while, and one I’ll never forget. The sea wasn’t gentle that evening and we left with more than just beautiful photos. But maybe that’s why it means so much to me.

There is something about creating through discomfort that makes the memories stay with you long after the sun has set. 🌊

Thank you Egle Bagus for doing this, and i hope your knee heals properly 🫣😅

Next month it will be 9 years since I moved to Norway. I’m happy that I can call this place my home, even though it’s hard at times.

I’m grateful to have met so many wonderful people (and a few not so wonderful ones too, haha). I’m thankful for all the personal growth I’ve experienced over these nine years.

Most of all, I’m grateful for what Norway and its people have taught me. To slow down, to spend more time outdoors and to appreciate the little things in life ✨

Norway has given me so much, and for that I will always be thankful🥹
