Responsibilities
- Greeting the guest/customer at the office.
- Handling basic inquiries.
- Answering all the calls and redirecting to the correct person.
-Maintaining administration and operations documents.
-Maintaining basic accounts/bills/statements.
- Sorting daily deliveries/mails/couriers.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Requirements
- GCE A/L passed qualification.
- Possess or following AAT or any accounting related program.
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Residing close by to Kottawa town.
- Ability to work half day on Saturday.
