ගාල්ලේ පෙට්ටිගල වත්තේ DriveGreen නැමැති ආයතනයෙන් ලබාදුන් දුම් වාර්ථා ගැනයි.
ඔබේ වාහනයේත් වායු විමෝචන (දුම්) වාර්ථාව අසමත් වුනාද? නැතිනම් දුම් වාර්ථාව ලබා ගැනීමට නියමිතද? කෙසේ වුවද මෙය ඔබට වැදගත් වනු ඇතැයි මා සිතමි.
DriveGreen ආයතනයෙන් ලබාගත් දුම් වාර්ථාව අසමත් වීමෙන් පසු ඊට ආසන්නයේ මා ගාල්ලේ පිහිටා ඇති LAUGFS ආයතනයෙන් විනාඩි 30 ක් ඇතුළත ලබාගත් දුම් වාර්ථාව සමත් වී තිබීම තුළ නැවත පැමිණ එම DriveGreen ආයතනයේ නිළධාරින්ගෙන් විමසා බැලු අවස්ථාවේ ඔවුන් අමණාපයෙන් හැසිර ඔවුන්ගේ වරද සගවා ගැනීමට නොගත් උත්සාහයක් නොමැත. නමුදු මා නැවත වතාවක් ඔවුන්ගේ නිවරදිතාවයක් ඇත්නම් එය ඔප්පු කිරීම සදහා නැවත වායු විමෝචනයක් ඉල්ලා සිටි අතර එම කාර්යය මණ්ඩලයේ කළමණාකරු වශයෙන් හදුන්වා දුන් පුද්ගලයා පෙර වායු විමෝචනය සිදු කරන ලද යන්ත්රයට නැවත ඇතුල් නොකරවා වෙනත් යන්ත්රයක් වෙත යොමු කිරීමට උත්සාහ දැරීය. එවිට මා හට ඇති සැකය දෙගුණ වූ බැවින් එම පෙර වායු විමෝචන වාර්ථාව ලබාගත් මැෂින් එකටම දෙවන වරත් ඇතුළත් කර දුම් වාර්ථාව නිවරදිව ලබා දෙන ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටියෙමි. හාසයට කරුණ නම් එවරද දුම් වාර්ථාව අසමත් වූයේ පෙර තිබූ තත්වයට වඩා හාත්පසින් තත්වය පිළිගත නොහැකි අයුරින් ඉහල ගණනයන් පෙන්නුම් කරමිනි.
ඒ අනුව පැහැදිලිව මා හට නිරී්ක්ෂණය වූයේ DriveGreen ආයතනයෙන් ලබාගත් දුම් වාර්ථාව අසමත් වීම පිළිගත නොහැකි බවත් ඔවුන් මට ලබාදුන් වාර්ථා අතිශය දෝෂ සහිත බවත්ය. මාගේ වටිනා කාලය සහ මුදල් යන දෙකම DriveGreen ආයතනයේ පෙට්ටිගල වත්ත ශාඛාව විසින් නාස්ති කර දමා ඇත. එසේ සිදුකරද ඔවුන්ගේ වරද තෙරුම් ගැනීම වෙනුවට බොරු තර්ක අනන්තය.
ඊළග පාර දුම් සහතිකය ලබා ගැනීමේදී දෙපාරක්ම හිතන්න වේවි.
මෙවන් අවස්ථාවක ඔබගේ අයිතීන් සුරක්ෂා කර ගැනීමට National Ozone Unit of Sri Lanka නැමැති ආයතනට පහත පරිදි ඔබට ලිඛිතව පැමිණිලි කල හැක.

Complaint Regarding Emission Test Conducted by DriveGreen Center, Galle.
Dear Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the emission test conducted at the DriveGreen Center located at Old Matara Road, Pettigalawaththa, Galle, on August 27, 2024, at 10:04 AM.
During my visit, the relevant officers performed the required emission test on my motorbike, which subsequently failed. The officer advised me to take my bike to a garage for repairs to pass the test. However, I found this recommendation questionable as my motorbike is in excellent condition, having less than 24,000 km.
Upon consultation with experts, I was informed that the DriveGreen Center has a famous sign for corrupt practices. They recommended I must visit the nearby Laugfs Emission Test Center, which is less than 1 km away. I followed their advice and, within 30 minutes of the initial test, conducted a second emission test at the Laugfs Center in Magalle, Galle, where my motorbike passed successfully, showing significantly improved readings. A service advisor at Laugfs confirmed my bike was in excellent condition, and the test results reflected the same.
I have attached the failed emission test report from DriveGreen as "X1" and the passed report from Laugfs as "X2" for your reference.
Subsequently, I returned to the DriveGreen Center with the successful Laugfs report and spoke to the Manager. Despite presenting the evidence, the Manager argued that the initial failure was due to a potential issue with my bike at the time of testing. To validate this, I agreed to a re-test at DriveGreen but insisted that it be conducted on the same machine as the initial failed test. The officer has refused to do the test at the same machine. However, finally, I argued with him to do the test on the same machine, and it was done on the same machine before. Once again, the results were inconsistent, and the emission test failed.
These discrepancies raise serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the testing process at the DriveGreen Center in Galle. I respectfully request your esteemed office to conduct an immediate audit of the machines and procedures at this location to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. If any malpractices are identified, I urge you to take appropriate legal action.
I have attached the third failed emission test report from DriveGreen as "X3" for further reference.
