الناس بتفكر إن التصوير بالأبيض سهل... وإن تصوير الأطفال أسهل.
بس الحقيقة؟ جزء كبير من شغلي بيصير بعد الجلسة.
أنا بقضي ساعات، وأوقات أيام، بالتعديل. مش لَغيّر شكل الطفل أو أخفي ملامحه، بالعكس. هدفي حافظ على كل التفاصيل الطبيعية يلي بتخلي هالطفل مميز. تفاصيل إيديه الصغيرة، رموشه، ابتسامته، نظراته، وحتى تعابير وجهه.
وفي فكرة دايمًا بسمعها: "بس الصور بيضا، وين الإبداع؟"
بالنسبة لإلي، الإبداع مش يعني حطّ عشرين لون وعشرين ديكور بالصورة.
الإبداع هو إنك تعرف كيف تخلّي الطفل هو محور الصورة.
كل طفل عنده شخصيته الخاصة. كل طفل مختلف. وكل طفل بيحمل جماله بطريقته.
لهيك بحب البساطة. بحب الصور النظيفة والطبيعية يلي بعد عشرين سنة بعدها بتحسّها جميلة وما بطّلت موضتها.
وتصوير الأطفال مش بس كاميرا.
بده صبر. بده طاقة. بده تعرف كيف تضحّك طفل. كيف تريّحه. كيف تخليه يحس بالأمان قدامك.
ويمكن لأنّي أم، بعرف قديش هالتفاصيل مهمة للأهل.

Many people think white photography is easy… and that photographing babies is even easier.
The truth is that a huge part of my work happens after the session.
I spend hours and sometimes days editing, not to change how a baby looks, but to preserve every little detail that makes them unique. Their tiny fingers, eyelashes, expressions, smiles, and all the beautiful features parents never want to forget.
One thing I hear often is: “But where’s the creativity if everything is white?”
For me, creativity isn’t about adding more props, colors, or distractions.
It’s about knowing how to let the baby be the center of the image.
Every baby has their own personality. Every baby is unique. Every baby brings something special to the photograph.
That’s why I love simplicity.
Timeless, natural images that will still feel beautiful twenty years from now.
And photographing babies takes much more than a camera.
It takes patience. It takes experience.It takes knowing how to make a baby smile, laugh, relax, and feel safe.
Maybe that’s also why I love it so much as a mother myself.
