Chaotic sessions aren’t because the baby is crying…
That’s normal.

What creates chaos is:

1. Not knowing what to do next.
2. Moving too fast.
3. Trying to force the moment instead of guiding it.

A calm session doesn’t mean a silent baby.

It means you know how to handle every moment.
That’s the difference.
