Roadtrips✨
My entry for the x Wonder Studios challenge. Inspired from a tale my aunt told me when I was little,about mountains that were once kings and queens who fell asleep along the road.
I began by feeding my archive photographs from past road trips into CapCut’s video studio, along with the visual direction images I’d created in Midjourney to establish a style. From there, I directed the CapCut agent to animate the stills as POV shots from the back seat of a car all of it in service of that feeling of watching a magic world unfold through the window.
It was especially important to me that the short hold onto a playful, childlike quality, and that pure curiosity. This is my way of bringing that back into adulthood and sharing it with the world.
