Make time for yourself. 🌿

The world will always ask for more of your time. More work, more responsibilities, more attention. There will always be another deadline to meet, another message to answer, another place to be.

But somewhere between all of that, don’t forget to make time for yourself.

Take a walk without checking your phone. Sit by the sea and listen to the waves. Watch the sunset without rushing to capture it. Read a few pages of a book, breathe in the fresh air, or simply enjoy a moment of silence.

These quiet moments aren’t a waste of time. They’re the moments that help you think clearly, feel deeply, and return to life with a calmer mind.

You don’t have to earn rest.

Some people recharge with a vacation. I recharge with the ocean.

There is something about standing at the edge of the sea that makes everything feel lighter. The sound of the waves clears the mind, the salty breeze carries away the stress, and the endless horizon reminds you that every difficult day is only a small part of a much bigger journey.

The ocean never rushes, yet it never stops moving. Every wave reaches the shore, then quietly returns, teaching us that life is filled with seasons of letting go and starting again.

Maybe that’s why the sea feels like home to so many people. It doesn’t ask questions. It doesn’t expect answers. It simply offers peace, perspective, and a moment to breathe.
