Why did I move to Cambodia with my family? 🇰🇭Because I think it's honestly the best place to live in the world: extremely safe, low taxation, amazing people, great weather, best beach, stable government, a lot of freedom, easy longterm stay visas, badass martial arts fighting culture.
Many people from Bali and Dubai are moving here because it's simply better overall. I've been living here for almost 3 years. My youngest son is born here. I have traveled over 30 countries and lived in many countries around the world, including Dubai UAE, Phuket Thailand, Cyprus, Canada. I have never felt so safe and at peace as I feel in Cambodia
I first visited the country for my fight with Prom Samnang, which became the biggest fight in the history of the country with 15 million viewers. For the occasion, I met with His Excellency Prime Minister Hun Manet, and he said to me that he fully supports me to open a gym in Cambodia. It honestly got me thinking... I was about to open it in Costa Rica, but Hun Manet completely changed the entire trajectory of the plan. I want to say thank you to him for this: he is the reason I am here and invested millions of dollars to open KONG MMA on Koh Rong Island which will be the first-ever international MMA training center in the Kingdom of Cambodia. KONG MMA will make history in the country and change the tourism landscape forever.
Overall, Cambodia is a very unique place. For me, safety is the most important for my family, and I honestly think that the Khmer people are extremely kind. The other day I lost my iPhone, which is worth at least 1000$, and a Khmer person from a rural village found it and gave it back to me. I can honestly say if this happened in many places in Canada like Toronto or Montreal, my iPhone would be lost forever.
So I want to say thank you to the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency Hun Manet, His Excellency Samdech Hun Sen of Cambodia, His Majesty the King, and everyone in the Kingdom for making this country a very special place to stay. I hope to bring a lot pride to the kingdom with my projects and one day become citizen myself 🙏🏼
If you ever come to Koh Rong Island and you see me, don't hesitate to say hi! and stay tuned for the opening of KONG MMA !
