This young Gray Langur from Bandipur reminded me that balance isn’t about stillness; it’s about flow. One moment, it’s effortlessly gliding between branches, and the next, it’s completely still — watching the forest breathe.

Back in 2021, I had my first sighting of Sundari in this very part of Bandipur, walking the track on a rainy evening. Four years later, in August 2025, the scene repeated itself almost the same way – Sundari walking in the rain, owning the path. Watching her with that same quiet confidence was a moment of pure déjà vu.

Four little stripes by the river’s edge,

Braving the waters, chasing survival.
