Kia Ora e te Whānau.
Welcome to Taiao Māmā NZ Creative. I hope you are all well and safe during this time. I will write a post a bit later down the track behind the meaning of our page name but for now my name is Te Awhina Anderson and I am the face behind this page. I decided to put two and two together and start a little photography business.
I am no professional! I am just a young māmā to a beautiful little girl who is passionate about capturing moments, creating memories, documenting and telling stories through my lens. Life is short and no-one is ever promised tomorrow so I'd love to use my lens to capture precious moments in time that can be frozen and preserved and passed down from generation to generation. I still have a long way to go, a lot of learning to do and have a long journey ahead of me but I can't wait for all the challenges and learning this venture will bring.

I just want to thank everyone who has helped me get to where I am today, I wouldn't be here without you. I would also like to give a big thanks to Aunty Choppa and Aunty Glenda who planted the seed, watered it, nourished it, and helped me grow. All your tips, teachings and growling so far have been so helpful, I can't wait to absorb more knowledge.
