She booked us the first time because a friend referred her. She booked us the second time because she couldn't imagine trusting anyone else. Three events in two years — and on the fourth booking, she brought her whole family. This is what client loyalty actually looks like.

The first event was her daughter's graduation. A straightforward booking — coverage, a few portraits, family photos outside the venue. We did what we always do. Showed up early. Covered it fully. Delivered the gallery on time without a follow-up reminder needed.

She almost cancelled three times. "I don't feel beautiful right now," she told me on the phone. "I'm tired and I look nothing like those photos online." I told her to come anyway. What happened in that studio on a Friday afternoon — she cried. We cried. Even the lighting assistant got a little emotional.
