【写真集オンライン取扱終了 -PHOTOBOOK SOLD OUT NOW】

2019年6月を以って写真集『Forget-me-not』のReminders Photography Strongholdのオンライン取り扱いを終了いたしました。7月にはフランスのアルル写真祭、そしてラトビアでのISSPに参加予定です。まだ二冊が手元に在りますので、欲しいという方がおられましたら現地で本人に直接お声かけください。

Keiji Fujimoto’s photobook “Forget-me-not” is now sold out. For those who still wanna get one, please ask Fujimoto directly at Les Rencontres de la photographie in Arles , or ISSP in Latvia in July 2019. He still has two more copies.

「写真の町」東川町の写真奨学生として選出いただき、今夏にラトビアで行われる国際写真サマースクールに参加させていただく運びとなりました。現行のプロジェクトをどの様に発展させていくのか。今年の夏はそれを突き詰めていくための大切な時間にできればと思っています。

I was chosen as a recipient of Higashikawa Town of Photography Scholarship and will be joining this year’s International Summer School of Photography held in Latvia. I am proud of joining there for expanding ways of expression.

5月5日14時よりKG+SELECTとして個展を開催中の京都・元淳風小学校にてトークイベントを開催いたします。トークでは主に今回の展示の作りについて、写真集『Forget-me-not』について、僕自身の成長や現在に至るまでの過程の話などを交えて、これまでに書いた文章の朗読などを交えてお話しさせていただく予定です。お近くの方は是非お越しください。

【絵画展情報 -Painting Exhibition】

今年4月に京都で行われるKYOTOGRAPHIE, KG+Selectの展示と時を並行して、東京都新宿区にあるカフェNOOKにて『Forget-me-not -絵画展- 』を開催いたします。

こちらには、僕が2017年に発売をした限定版手製写真集『Forget-me-not』にも多数収録をした幼少期から現在までに僕が描き続けてきた絵の数々を展示いたします。

僕にとって絵とは写真よりも早くに得た自己表現の手段でした。ゲイとして成長をする中で抱える、誰にも話すことのできない心の葛藤の数々を表現することのできる大切な手段でした。

KG+Selectの展示と合わせて、皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。

『FORGET-ME-NOT 〜絵画展』

会期: 2019年4月19日から4月27日（日曜休）

トークイベント: 2019年4月20日 19時〜。参加費: 1000円（1ドリンク込み）

会場: カフェヌック（東京都渋谷区代々木１丁目３７−３ 岩崎ビル）

My painting exhibition will be held in Tokyo, April 2019, at the same time of KYOTOGRAPHIE KG+Select in Kyoto.

This exhibition features paintings of myself from the childhood until now, in which included into my photobook “Forget-me-not.”

For me, painting was important tool of self-expression, especially while I was having inner conflicts to live as gay youth.
