Paants to keep warm, not a must? You can definitely be at your utmost best by wearing warm tights underneath a skirt or a pair of shorts. You can even amp up the ante of your dress by pairing some tights underneath and then put on a trench coat to keep you warm and cozy. Would still look fashionable.

Also layering with style helps. It can give you warmth and yet you’d still look chic and cool at the same time. Always remember to start with thinner fabric. Depending on the temperature outside, build your outfit from there. Example, you start with a shirt, and then pull on a comfy cardigan, then layer on a cool jacket. Can never go wrong.
