PIONEER INSURANCE CAN'T PAY OR WON'T PAY GENUINE CLAIMS- BE VERY AFRAID TO INSURE WITH THEM:

CLAIM FOR CAR NO KCE 688X REMAIN UNPAID FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS DESPITE PROVIDING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The vehicle was insured through a very reliable broker MINET who on receiving and assessing the required documents on 3rd April 2024 accepted it and forwarded it to Pioneer Insurance for settlement. Unfortunately, Pioneer Insurance seems to have been taking the broker in circles instead of settling the claim as they continue to seek excuses for not settling a claim. It seems to have become an accepted practice with them. This is despite the car having been comprehensively insured with them for the last five years and this is the very first claim!
