‘Sharing is Caring’

It was a wet morning in Queen Elizabeth National Park. At 6 a.m., we set off with researchers and rangers in search of lions.

This series captures an amusing moment between two brothers. After approaching and greeting his sibling, one rain-soaked lion decided to “shake it off,” sending a spray of accumulated water directly onto his brother. Judging by the expression of his brother, the gesture was clearly not appreciated.

‘Marked by Life’

A lone lion rests on the plains, his gaze fixed on the distance. The scars on his face hint at recent challenges, reminders that life in the wild leaves its mark on even the strongest individuals.

It’s a holiday so I headed to the Singapore Zoo to put the Kodak Charmera to the test.

I kept my expectations low as it’s a toy camera after all. 1.6MP photos, tiny sensor, nothing fancy.

But that’s kind of the point. I played around with the different looks, but kept coming back to the classic frame.

Not perfect. Just moments.

What do you think? Yay or Nay?

About “Home on a Ledge”
On a foggy winter morning, as the golden light of sunrise kissed the coastal cliffs, the rock ledges came alive. Bathed in warm hues, they revealed a bustling colony of thousands of Brandt’s cormorants, each tucked into their nesting crevice. The scene was calming yet vibrant — nature’s harmony unfolding against a backdrop of mist and stone.
