Credible intelligence confirms that yesterday, an emergency meeting was convened at Hon. Oscar Kipchumba Sudi’s residence in Kapseret. The meeting was attended by approximately 300 youths, mainly drawn from Kapseret and Kesses constituencies, including members of the Koita Gang.
Also in attendance were:
Oscar Kipchumba Sudi (MP, Kapseret)

Hon.Jonathan Chelilim Bii (Governor, Uasin Gishu County), alias Koti Moja.

Agenda of the meeting was:
♦️Formation of a Political Gang:
The participants agreed to establish an organized group to take control of Eldoret Town, particularly Silverline Street, with the objective of intimidating and physically assaulting the following leaders and their supporters when sighted within the town:

Hon. CPA Julius Rutto (MP, Kesses)

Hon. David Kiplagat (MP, Soy)

Senator Jackson Mandago (Senator, Uasin Gishu)

Julius Kibet Bitok (PS, Education)

♦️Control of Silverline Area:
The group resolved to dominate and manage political activities and influence within the Silverline area, positioning it as their operational and political command zone.

♦️ Political Realignment:
Plans were discussed to approach Hon. Bundotich Zedekiah Kiprop (Buzeki) and persuade him to contest for the Senate seat in 2027 to challenge Hon. Jackson Mandago.

♦️Targeting the 2027 General Elections:
It was agreed that alternative aspirants for Soy and Kesses constituencies be identified, bankrolled, and politically supported to ensure the defeat of Hon. David Kiplagat and Hon. CPA Julius Rutto in the next elections.

♦️ Security Assurance:
Hon. Oscar Kipchumba Sudi assured the attendees that he had “handled” the security team in Uasin Gishu, guaranteeing that no legal or security action would be taken against the group for any hostile acts targeting their opponents.

♦️ Propaganda and Misinformation Team:
A separate team was formed to spearhead social media campaigns, focusing on spreading false information, propaganda, and defamation against the
