Every year during the Islamic Holy month of Ramadan, Muslim residents of Kibra organize annual Mbuzi Cup, a seven-a-side football competition.

There are two divisions in the tournament: the Open division, which includes young people aged 18 to 34, and the over-35 division, or "Wazee Category," which includes men over 35.

The majority of the matches are played on weekends throughout the three-week season.

This year, 2025, is the 17th edition of the competition. Goats and cash awards are given to champions to commemorate their success during the tournament.
