TAKING DECISIVE MOMENTS IN PHOTOGRAPHY
For long and many times that crucial things take place in field of photography but overlooked by common people.
It only takes the insight of a video engineer to point out the technical moments that make one to sweat on missing a particular remarkable action.
Through my inspection I realized that some one-time actions if missed by the camera eye, you will never forever capture it again. My co-producers and video engineers I hope will agree with me on this.
In decisive moment actions capture, it all requires steadiness,self confident,high timing power,accuracy and a very keen eye. This will help to produce the real action at the end as it unfolded.
All copy pasted actions during decisive moments are fake and amounts to amateurism. It's because they don't display the actual thing which happened in a twinkling of an eye.

Reasons for Rapid rise in sexual issues among Kenyan Youths, mentor's voice
For long it has been quiet under presume that all is well with our Kenyan Youths when not.
It was not until cases became rampart putting youths on front row of indulging in sexual immorality. On my first encounter with Mrs Elizabeth Achieng, as a mentor she revealed some of things that compel youths to enter sexual immorality.
"Because of financial crisis, this has made some girls from poor families to sell their bodies and get money for women special wears,"Elizabeth said.
According to lady Achieng, she says these problems have to be dealt with seriously to save our future generations.
She shed light on spread of killer diseases that has potential to put lives of vibrant youths at cross roads. She added that with prevalence of sexual immorality, many youths may fail to achieve their future dreams due to poor parent to child relationships.

Any time you hear someone talking of a good production you won't miss sound been mentioned. Professionals will second me on this.
Sound serves over 80% and can only miss on special cases in particular production. Any production without sound is automatically nullified.
In production sound must also follow specific channel right from inputs to outputs(sound theory).
Failure to follow sound operation rules through proper arrangements of equipment like mixers,receivers or mics will lead to sound distortions hence poor end results.
Someone working here must
also be a very keen listener and able to make sound judgements.
Any professional sound engineer will always ensure that all sound equipment are stationed to their respective positions in regard to
the subject position i.e mics, receivers and speakers.

EYES ON THE WORK BEHIND SCENES IN PRODUCTION

The television set looks smart at home as any viewer scrolls pictures and move from station to station.
To the viewer holding a remote control, sitted and relaxed, have you ever noted that we have someone working behind everything you enjoy on your screen at home?
My profession permitted me to inspect what goes on behind scenes.
Through these photos at engineers corridor perhaps one will learn to appreciate the work of the crew behind scenes.
Alot is done and everything must be assembled, checked and put where is required.
My co-producers and video engineers will probably agree with me that, in production is not a place of fan but we mean business.
Until as video engineer you place everything in order, very minimal achievement you will get or nothing at the end of a production. As a viewer always thank someone behind scenes.

THE VALENTINE'S DAY AND BUSINESS
After an annual period in wait under many good expectations, the Valentine's Day at last entered the land.
This is the day that from various peoples' views is meant to bind together the love between couples even more and besides it also promotes several businesses.
As the florists are commonly known to be the frontline and chief beneficiaries of the day, this time round the shoe marketers were also not forgotten to pocket extra coin back home.
Find Miss Jane in one of the shoe shops in Nairobi CBD, she was in a jovial mood ready to welcome her customers. They had enough stock to serve customers and make them look smart.
"By the onset of the Valentine's Day, our business today has not responded negatively but has shown positive response," she commended. She added that they did expect good cash by the closure of the day's work.
