We arrived in Japan shortly after they had released this new series called, "Pokemon Fit." It was genuinely every single Pokemon in the first generation, as a small plush, sitting down. They were precious. Only days before we had left, they released Gen 2, so we definitely made an effort to revisit before our plane home. I try not to invest myself into plushie collecting, simply don't have the room, hehe, but I was certain to grab a Wooper and Quagsire before our departure. Best pokemon.
They did eventually come out with the series in America, but they changed the series name and logo. "Pokemon Sitting Cuties." >< I honestly think that sounds ridiculus, pfft, but I mean, whatever "localization" they think is necessary, for better sales, I guess. >< ...But man, I do really hate localization.. The only game that I honestly think actually succeeded at inventing a valid localization was the Splatoon series.
