Last year, I got to take this couple's engagement photos. And a few weeks ago, I was fortune enough to photograph their elopement in Beverly Hills! I'm anxious to document more elopements!

One of my new year resolution for 2019 is to post more content on social media consistently. As I spend the end of 2018 shooting 2 weddings, 1 elopement and 1 engagement photoshoot, I am excited to share more photos with you guys! I have so much to catch up with editing but In the meantime, here are the portrait work from a few months back with amazing Brooke Vanessa Ventresca. Definitely one of my favorite photoshoots!

So I started shooting weddings not too long ago and I love it! There are so much room to improve as I am a newbie in this field, (or photography in general) but I can't wait to shoot more weddings in the future! Storytelling is my favorite part of photography.

Joey and Alexa

Joey owns a DJ company called and Alexa DJs for the company. Yes, DJ couple, how cool is that!? We drove up to Joshua Tree one Sunday afternoon and I immediately felt comfortable with them by talking about music. We did 2 locations and 2 outfits, as we left the first location, I realized we were starting to lose light soon. But we still decided to drive to another location and shot this. First time doing an engagement and this is one of my favorite shoots. I’m truly blessed that they let me take their engagement photos. Thank you, Joey and Alexa. I’m very excited about shooting your wedding!

You know the worst thing that could happen to a photographer? You get to the location only to realize that you forgot to bring your camera’s battery (or a memory card). And that’s exactly what I did for this shoot. Thankfully I still had a D3400 in my bag (which I never bring but this time I did for some reason). We still managed to shoot and as you can tell totally killed it.

So excited that I’m part of now! TGS has given me opportunities to meet so many cool talented people ever since I attended their first meet-up 3 months ago. Simultaneously, that was when I got into portraits more. I’m pretty new to this and nowhere close to where I want to be in terms of my skill as a photographer, but I’m glad that they still saw something in my work and welcomed me on the board!
