My first Michelin star experience. When I arrived at the restaurant, you’d never know that it was a Michelin star restaurant with the very reserved and simple exterior. Then when I walked in, I was greeted by chef Satoshi Ichijo and his amazing staff. Once I sat down, the culinary adventure began, discovering new flavor possibilities for sushi! I got to try things I never thought I would get the opportunity to try. I’m very blessed for this opportunity and would recommend to anyone that has the chance to experience it, it’s worth it.
