Our work spans across many platforms, from residential and commercial real estate agents to hotels, architects, and interior designers on a daily basis, so this is a position fit for some looking to expand their experience inside the photography world.
About the role
Real Property Photography Central Coast is a fast-paced business servicing the Central Coast areas. We are looking for a suitable candidate to come on board in a part-time role with the potential to evolve into full-time employment, who will have the capability to:
Photograph & film properties at a consistently high quality.
Day and dusk photography shoots are required.
Create floor plans/site plans.
Drone Photography
Liaising with our clients and managing deadlines.
Liaising with editors and designer teams.
Skills we are looking for
Architectural and/or real estate photography experience (no editing is required)
Having a willingness to learn new techniques, and to develop further skills in photography.
Be creative, innovative, and have an eye for detail.
Excellent presentation, customer service skills, and a high degree of professionalism
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and putting in 100% effort to achieve the best outcome.
Good time management and work ethic.
Favorable but NOT required: Experience using drones (REPL preferred)
Requirements
DSLR full-frame camera and wide-angle lens (min 16mm)
Long lens – 24-105mm or similar
Sturdy Tripod
A full driver's license and a reliable car - this is crucial as there will be a lot of travel time between booking locations and needs to be considered strongly when applying for this role!
