This year, Team Salomon France reminded me of a simple truth: together, we go further. A race is won on the line, but built long before — by a team that exists in the waiting as much as in the victory.
My job is to be where the story happens before it’s told. To stand in the shadows, so the light falls on the moment an athlete spent months preparing for.
