Thetis, Amphitrite and Galatea.

The Nereids were sea nymphs in Greek mythology. They were associated with the calm, beautiful and life-giving aspects of the sea and were believed to help sailors and fishermen.

Arianna asked me to create, as a gift for her bridesmaids (who are also her sisters) a portrait that would bring them together. From the concepts I proposed, they chose to be portrayed as Nereids, so I designed and prepared costumes and accessories for them.

Michela has many passions, when she told me about her tastes, I realized how much she loves beauty in all its possible forms, complex and multifaceted. Among her interests, I was particularly drawn to Art Deco and the elegance of angels.

Together, we created this ethereal creature, part angel and part fairy. I hope you like it.

They say "Style can't be faked". Here in Italy we say "la classe non è acqua" --> style isn't water. Not even whisky, 'cause it was tea!

Wurdulak

Group photography is both a blessing and a curse. It's the most difficult subject for me but, dang, I love it!

In the Russian language, the word wurdulak or vourdalak first appeared in the early 19th century and depicts a kind of vampire in the Russian literature.

Once upon a time in midwinter, when the snowflakes were falling like feathers from heaven, a queen sat sewing at her window, which had a frame of black ebony wood. As she sewed she looked up at the snow and pricked her finger with her needle. Three drops of blood fell into the snow.
