For the first time, the MuMa of Le Havre lends 52 Impressionist and Post-Impressionist masterpieces — including works by Monet, Renoir, Gauguin, Sisley, and Braque — that survived the bombings of World War II.

The exhibition commemorates the 80th anniversary of the end of the conflict and establishes a symbolic connection between Le Havre and Mestre, both cities deeply affected by war and now celebrating cultural rebirth.
